There is light and very fast (10-15 sec) working thermometer with a large screen and result backlight. At the end of the measurement, you may hear a very quiet squeak and see the screen backlight. It works in 4 modes: Oral, Underarm, Rectal and Bath. The transition from one mode to another is carried out by a special procedure described in the user guidelines.

The guidelines are written in a 1 \ 16-inch font. Not easy to read. I had to tinker while I was able to transfer from F to C, and from one measurement mode to another. Setting the thermometer is not very convenient but in my case, it was only a one-time operation.

The difference in measurement between these two thermometers (that I bought from Concord) at normal temperature in the Oral mode is small.  

Overall measure the temperature by the thermometer is very comfortable, quickly and very conveniently with a backlit screen.  I highly recommend buying this thermometer.
