I called on a Friday late in the day and got the owner. Who answers his own phone. I explained that I had just been diagnosed with a major health issue and need a reliable meter and needed it asap because of Covid all stores and pharmacies were out of any stock with no reorder dates available. He confirmed it was in his stock. He went and pulled the meter and hard case. Packed it up and called for a package pickup while I was on another line. I had it the following Tuesday at no extra charge. It works effortlessly and consistently. I can’t recommend or thank him enough.
