I appreciate the buying experience at Concord - I had a snafu with my credit card's billing address, they called, and it was quickly corrected. The pulse oximeter arrived on time. I've tried it out on two elderly members, and it works well, the readings compare almost exactly with those from recent MD visits.  The quality seems excellent; I'm glad I spent  a little more for a reliable product that will last many years.

Very serious and formal delivery service although you do it from abroad. I had problems with the customs service of my country and made the return without problems. I highly recommend placing orders with this company.
By the other hand, in a second time I received the product problems. The Masimo MightySat is very useful when adjusting the fluid intake in surgical patients and in intensive care without need the use of invasive procedures.

1) great machine, great hardware.
2) All software great, except organizing and transfering data to Android Nexus 5 very poor.
3) I like data in PDF format, much more user friendly for storage and printing.
4) I am still struggling with this, maybe I will figure it out and it's all my fault.

As the title says the product was delivered timely (always appreciated), it appears to work reliably but there does need to be more information available from the manufacturer about how to use the product and the meaning of the numbers and their variability due to things like age and altitude.  Maybe they wish to limit liability.  In that case they should at least provide links to outside sources.

The oximeter works well on my husband who has poor circulation.  It starts with a high number and then drops quickly showing several numbers before getting the actual reading.  It reads 2-3% lower than a less expensive product for comparison.  I think the price is too high but  there aren't any products that work at home for poor circulation patients.
