Your company sent me  there device which was compatible with my phone which I was told by the rep. well it was not and they told me it was not my phone that it was there unit. well I had to figure out the problem myself , wasted many hours which should have been there problem to figure out not mine. Seems my phone which is the Moto 10 is not compatible. But my old prior phone is compatible which is  the samsung galaxy j3. I think that there reps need more training.

I was pleased that Concord had the Kardia EKG model I wanted because AliveCor was out of stock.
Easy to order online, shipped next day....although it took 4 days in USPS to get to Oregon from Illinois.

Instructions were only provided for the item I purchased on a CD.  I do not have a CD reader so I emailed requesting instructions another way.  I have not received any kind of reply yet.  A little disappointed.

After reading the instructions I thought that I had to return the item because I have Gel nails and lots of nail polish (that's a no no per the instructions). I called customer service and Krikor walked me through how to use the Pulse Oximeter with my nails. Joy.

Concord is a company that is quite easy to work with, except for one thing. It would be so much easier if they would work with insurance providers.
Other than that, they are just fine.
