It would appear to me that Concord is the "Amazon" of the health supply market!  After ordering, I remembered I forgot to order a second item.  It was only 10 minutes later and my original order was already being fulfilled!  The lady on the phone was VERY cordial and cooperative, canceling the previous order and assisting me with a new one.

The temperature Thermometer I ordered was exactly as advertised, Shipping was immediately without delay and the the item arrived on time.  After searching on line for this item I was happy to come across Concordia that not only appeared to be a trustworthy source, my experience in ordering with them and the product was first class.
