First things first… I was called because I was purchasing the Chattanooga heating pad. They were confirming that I was indeed shipping it to a different address than my own. I was very grateful for this because they were protecting me. I was indeed sending it to someone at a different address. The rep… who sadly I do not remember his name…. was fabulous and super friendly. He had to check on something and said he would call me back and he did indeed. Very happy with the customer service and the person who uses the Chattanooga heating pad loves it too!

I loved your tool for checking your ekg, but I didn't
realize u needed a smart phone to use it!!  I am  72
and thought it was great until I got it. I knew it was
too good to be true!! If I knew how to use a smart phone and could afford one I'd have no problem.
I think your tool is great!! I'm sorry but I will have to return it.

I couldn't get the needed software working after many attempts. I was at wits end.
I called your Technical Support Group.  Your Engineer diagnosed and fixed my PC settings despite my inability to adequately carry out his
instructions. Essentially he was
working  blind. He left me with a
correct working  system. Considering
the circumstances he was  OUTSTANDING.
