The product we initially chose was on back order and they helped me pick out an alternative that has actually turned out to be better than the initial one we chose!  We got the Rad-G pulse ox and love it!  It meets our needs perfectly and was a great investment for continuous nighttime monitoring for our daughter.

After much research, Concord Health had a low competitive price so I purchased the masks from them.  Their service was very professional and the delivery was super fast.

I am blown away by this company and their customer service! We ordered a pulse oximeter for our 10 month old son and they answered all my questions to make sure the sensors that work best for him would work with the pulse oximeter I was looking at.

Then they called to double check we placed the order because our church paid for it with donated funds, so the addresses were different. They said they have had that happen with fraud and wanted to make sure that wasn't the case with us. I really appreciated that. When they called the gentleman was so friendly. The pulse oximeter was then sent the same day we ordered it (Friday) and arrived the following Wednesday.

I would work with them again for medical supplies again.
