I placed the order Feb 11 and it didn't ship until the 18th though it was 'in stock'.  It arrived Feb. 25,  14 days after order was placed.

Easy to order off of web site. Information on web site clear and sufficient. Had a minor issue with how to access the battery compartment and customer service responded and provided the necessary information. I did suggest that this info relayed by customer service should be incorporated within the packaging or in the manual. It would have saved a customer service interaction and solved some initial frustration.

Very pleased with my oximeter  and no shipping fees. Shipping was slow due to Covid. Merchandise was packaged well. Will recommend Concord Health to others and order from Concord again if l need further merchandise.

I recently purchased a pulse oximeter online from Concord Health. A day after placing the order, I received a call from the customer service department. The representative said that there was in issue with my shipping address which we quickly resolved over the phone. I was told the unit would be shipped the next day and arrive two days later which is what occurred. Also when the unit arrived it was not clear from the instructions how to install the batteries. A quick call to Concord customer service cleared up the issue. In both instances, the customer service representative was cordial and most helpful. They stayed on the line until all my issues and questions were answered. I highly recommend this company!
