I recently purchased a pulse oximeter online from Concord Health. A day after placing the order, I received a call from the customer service department. The representative said that there was in issue with my shipping address which we quickly resolved over the phone. I was told the unit would be shipped the next day and arrive two days later which is what occurred. Also when the unit arrived it was not clear from the instructions how to install the batteries. A quick call to Concord customer service cleared up the issue. In both instances, the customer service representative was cordial and most helpful. They stayed on the line until all my issues and questions were answered. I highly recommend this company!

Website for ordering worked fine. Good email invoice, shipping, etc information. Device was delivered on time and in pristine condition.  Smooth operation, no problems. Would do it again!

5 of 5 WRIST-WORN PULSE OXIMETER WITH SOFTWARE January 5, 2021

Purchased a WRIST-WORN PULSE OXIMETER WITH SOFTWARE.
Delivery was scheduled for  Monday Jan 4th.  
I received it on Saturday Jan 2nd, nice surprise.
The package was delivered USPS.  Package was in good condition.
When I open the box it was apparent still secured from manufacturer.
Missing was the CD Software.  
A quick email to Concord Health Supply  explaining the problem.  Early the next morning I received an email from Sam in Customer Service with a link to the software and very simply instructions that resolved my concerns quickly.    I strongly recommend Concord Health Supply.
