My older unit stopped working after years of service. I needed a new one. The series five meets and exceeds my needs, It's a little larger than before but quieter and faster than the previous unit, The Hose and cuff could be a little longer and wider respectively.  I believe all plastic and moving parts need a break-in period of adjustment in order to operate correctly Still a very good buy.

When I ordered the blood pressure monitor, I was amazed that it arrived two days later. The directions were easy to follow with using the device. My main curiosity now is I want to bring it with me my next doctor's appointment, which is 2/26/20. After they check my blood pressure with their device, I would like to take it with mine immediately after to see how close they are
