I just want to acknowledge John Zaya for his excellent help choosing an O2 device and all the accessories that I wanted.
By taking his time and never making me feel rushed, he made certain I he knew what I thought I wanted and this is just so rare these days.
I am so impressed and will always look to Concord for medical equipment AND advice. Thanks John!

First time buyer so I contacted them the morning after I placed the order about when my purchase would ship and if they would be sending a tracking number. They assure it would go out the same day and I would receive a tracking number.  I had the product less than 48 hours after ordering!!

The item I ordered turned out to be out of stock, but have no fear. . . I didn’t have to wait.  They upgraded me to a better product for the same price.  AND it arrived quickly.

The purchase of this pulse oximeter was my first experience with Concord.  I placed my order by phone, and the service rep was very friendly and efficient.  The unit shipped in a timely manner.  Will definitely do business with this outfit again

I'm very pleased with my experience with Concord.  They shipped quickly and when I responded to customer service with a question, I had an overnight reply. They even have live help on their web site! Best of all, their price was much better than other sources. I'd be happy to order from them again!
