As with most things these days, this item was not shipped as fast as stated. When i contacted Concord, they immediately responded with a message and shipping information. Very good customer service.

I first got notified by email that my item was back in stock.  Within one hour of ordering, my item was shipped.  I wasn't in a hurry but it was the fastest shipping and it was free to Hawaii.

The Sani wipes are terrific. As they are individually wrapped they are easy to throw into a pocket or pocketbook. They are also a very good size for wiping your hands before eating a slice of pizza!

We could not find our package that was left in our garage and Concord Health Supply jumped in to help coordinate the issues with the shipper.  The problem was solved and we are grateful for their help.

My first shopping experience for something relatively simple; but it was a gift for my elderly mom in Florida who could no longer find the item on store shelves (Covid-related shortages I presume). So I called (it being a gift order) and the gentleman who took the order was very courteous, efficient and professional.
