It was such a relief to quickly receive pulse oximeter and forehead thermometer from Concord Health Supply.  Another company we worked with had slow mail and unreliable equipment.  These came with instructions and even batteries.  Strongly recommend for health equipment needs.

My friend works for a major hospital in OC California. He repairs all er room equipment . He told me nonin oximeter was the best for home. Nonin told me they don't have model 9590 in stock. My first Google search your company had it. I was happy. Next day nonin called me. They were surprised I found one. They asked me where I got it. Concord health. Thanks. It works great. My friend took it to work to test against one of his er mechines. Reading match.

Sam was the Man. suggested the monitor, great customer service., entered my warranty. Product arrived in 2 days. easy to unwrap and put together. On line video the girl did not talk, and put the cuff over a sweater. I need to call Sam  to help set up the time/date . Please do not email me about product

I received my purchase within 2-3 days, when I was prepared for 7-10. Calls to customer support are answered immediately, or voice-mails left during non-business hours are answered the next day. No "call centers" to wade through. Another plus, I was buying a product made in the U.S.
