I am so impressed with the excellent communication about availability of items on Concord Health Supply's website. Shipping occurs as soon as ordered (or as soon as item becomes available). It is important to note that when Concord Health Supply says an item will be available on a certain date that both times I ordered the item was available on that exact date and shipped.

Concord Health Supply gets an A-1 rating from me!

When I tried to purchase my wrist oximeter, it was out of stock. They said they would email me when it was back in stock...yeh, right, I've heard that before. But wait, 3 weeks later I received an emsil that it was back in stock and would be shipped that day. And it was.

Concord is the first company I have seen that notifies customers when the medical item they are waiting for is back in stock.  I appreciate this so much.  I needed the noncontact thermometer to reopen my health care business, and I really appreciated being notified, and also that the thermometer was back in stock quite expeditiously.  Thank you Concord, great work!

I know the alcohol wipes came very late but that is understandable given the Covid situation but Concord has been very honest about their delivery times and offered refunds if you don’t like waiting. In my case, I was fine waiting and I fully understand the situation that they need to prioritize health providers first. They were very good in informing their customers about these and I appreciated that than other companies who ghost their customers.

Eventually the product came thru and I was very happy.

Ordered oximeter and received as promised.  Only slight issue is that the product manual comes on a CD. Who has a CD reader any more?  And how to recycle?  Please Concord, provide brief paper instruction manual Or direct purchaser to digital manual at your webbsite.
