Ever since most of my online shopping has shifted towards one particular (arguably slightly evil) mega-corporation, I've found myself distrusting traditional online retailers. I am very pleased to say that Concord Health Supply is the real deal. I needed a couple of Pulse Oximeters for health and sanity reasons, and Concord got them to me in just a few days, even with standard free shipping. In fact, I received them 2 days ahead of the estimated shipping date - what a nice surprise.

The products themselves are exactly as described, and frankly are much nicer than I expected. I will most definitely be ordering a few more of these before this pandemic is over. Thanks, Concord

Just a quick note about the dedicated employees at Concord Health Supply: I placed an order at the very beginning of the pandemic, March 1st. Right after I placed my order, chaos ensued. As we all know, so much happened so quickly, businesses were losing supply lines and employees, while they were being inundated with orders and demands like never before. It took almost 6 weeks to receive my order, but I completely understood their need to fulfill their many first responder medical orders first. I figured they wouldn’t be able to complete my order, and just forgot about it. They came through with my order anyway. They could’ve just refunded my money  because it would’ve been easier for them,  but they came through. Thank you to all of the employees!

I thought that I was getting a product made in the USA. I was specifically looking for a US-made product and your website made it appear that this was made in the US. Unfortunately, this product was made in China. The product is fine, but not made where I expected. :-(
