I was a little nervous about ordering from a company I hadn't heard of before, but no more! My item was shipped almost immediately and received quickly. It was exactly what I needed. Thanks for having the supplies we need during this pandemic!

We emailed Concord to inform that our oximeter had not arrived. They called shortly to say it was delayed in Canada customs due to the pandemic. They  suggested a different one at 1/4th of the cost and processed the order ASAP. We received it within days and are extremely pleased with the product and service.

I talked to my 86yr old immune suppressed father on the phone.  He was doing fine but his pulmonologist asked him to take  O2 SAT daily readings.   Due to the high demand of this device during the Covid 19, I searched online and found Concord Health Supply. Being a nurse ,I trusted ordering from  a medical supply store over a retail store.  The item was Sold out   but  allowed me to place an order  because a new inventory was soon in.  My dad received it in 2 days. Awesome service during this high demand.

Supplies were limited as a result of Covid19. Concord offers to notify customers when a product becomes available.  Concord did just that. I was given a delivery estimate, that estimate was updated daily and my product was delivered on time and as promised.  
Online ordering was simple and easy. I have had no issues with my purchase so I can’t comment on post delivery customer service.  Based upon the experience I did have, I would expect professional and efficient service.
