This item was a replacement for an earlier model from a different manufacturer.  This screen is easier to read & the color coded bar indicating normal/abnormal readings is a nice addition.  The Concord representative was very helpful and well informed when I called to ask questions about this model. The  item arrived several days earlier than I expected.

This wrist worn BP Monitor is wonderful.  Very easy to use, much smaller to carry, accurate, bright and quick to,respond.

This was just what I hoped it would be.  It came  with directions that were easy to understand and  batteries.  Assembly tool about a minute and it was ready to go.
