Mary was very efficient, helpful, polite taking the time out explaining what the Talking Pulse Oximeter does I was very impressed very good customer service I was surprised when I received the product it was way ahead of time no doubt it I will be ordering Concord Health Supply Inc again I will surely recommend Concord way to go I am very happy Thank you all

As a low vision individual I am very happy with the talking feature and it works as advertised. However I am not completely happy with the material that grips the finger. The Oxsee meter is usable but would be more usable for me if the material was the same as used in my non-talking Oxsee meters.
