Although my delivery was delayed (and I wasn’t sure if it would actually make it in light of Covid19), it finally arrived.  While it was difficult (understandably in these times) to contact the company, my order was fulfilled properly and I am very happy it was.

Due to our age and my husbands heart condition, it was recommended we use an oximeter during this pandemic.  The specific one recommended was from Concord Health Supply. When I went to order, it was out of stock, each time I checked.  I finally contacted the company and asked if it was coming back.  1. They immediately answered my email 2. They told me when they expected it to be available.  3.When it reappeared as available I ordered and it arrived quickly.

Thank you so very much for keeping your word!! This is a very legitimate  professional  medical supply company. My elderly mother is very ill and considered high risk with her health condition.I had a wonderful recommendation to contact your company including first time using your services. My package once shipped outside of the Ill.  to my home in NJ took a while to arrive which was very understandable. Normally would take only a few days.  The package went threw 5 Distribution Centers in 3 states prior to arriving at my home in NJ.This company had  provided a tracking number with my package, so i was able to follow it with USPS every step of the way until it reached here. It is very thoughtful  and considerate they allow free US shipping. Thank you again for your great services!  We truly appreciate your great company!
