The company worked well with me on this purchase even though they were a little slow when I emailed to stop the shipment because of my misunderstanding about the quantity of the mask for the price of $19.99. I thought that would be for a box of ten at $2.00 a mask instead of just one. Looked at the ad again and it unfortunately my mistake. I am on a fixed income with my retirement and watch my spending and would never spend $19.99 for a single mask. After dealing with this company I would do business with them again.

I am so grateful for Concord Health. I needed an oximeter in short order and had a very difficult time finding one given the increase in demand due to Covid-19.  Other vendors had more than doubled the prices of their oximeters, clearly taking advantage of customers in a crisis, but Concord Health offered a great model at Their usual, fair price. And it shipped out the same day. I am extremely grateful. Thank you for putting your customers ahead of profits as we all struggle through this crisis together.
