Wonderful, personalized customer service during this very terrifying and trying time.  My billing info was missing and I received a phone call to rectify.  Order was correct and received promptly.  In this internet age, it was nice to actually speak to someone.

I am so grateful for Concord Health. I needed an oximeter in short order and had a very difficult time finding one given the increase in demand due to Covid-19.  Other vendors had more than doubled the prices of their oximeters, clearly taking advantage of customers in a crisis, but Concord Health offered a great model at Their usual, fair price. And it shipped out the same day. I am extremely grateful. Thank you for putting your customers ahead of profits as we all struggle through this crisis together.

Concord health supply is so awesome.  In an unsure, difficult time, I was hesitant to order  masks, or anything on line. I was in great need and had masks sent to MA and FL.  They arrived on time, exactly what I ordered, and am so grateful!  Well done and thank you!
