This is my second purchase of a Nonin product from Concord/Nonin. My last one was very good and hopefully this new one will be the same; time will tell. Concord/Nonin was very efficient and my meter arrived quickly. Good service.

I had a small concern about the online ordering process and so called the number shown. The gentleman that answered, apologies that I did not note his name, took control of the situation. He then offered to take my order over the phone and within a few minutes it was completed. Two days later I received the product. This was a smooth seamless process that has resulted in a very satisfied customer.

I placed an order online and got a call late that same day (and it was a Friday) saying they were working to fill the order today and get it out. He told me about something that was needed to make sure the order processed quickly so I got that to him. Most companies wouldn’t have called to make sure the details were handled properly and I’d be looking to receive this critical piece of medical equipment the next week and find out it hadn’t even shipped. He also helped me figure out that the accessory I ordered would work but there was something that would work better for my application so I added that to my order and he made that simple as well. Can’t find companies often today who really take care of customers! I am thankful to have ordered from them and will order from them again if I need something! Thanks Concord Health Supply!!

My three year old has been sick a lot the last couple of winters including being hospitalized last year when her oxygen levels were in the 70’s. It’s nice to be able to check her blood oxygen levels from home so we will know when we need to bring her to see a doctor. Thank you!

I spoke with Sam about the wrist worn oximeter that I had ordered and which arrived without software. He helped me with uploading the needed software and with using it. He was excellent - patient and thorough and friendly. I appreciated being helped by him.
