Great Customer Service! I was contacted the next day after placing my order online to advise me of the back order. And given an option to change my order to a similar product. Then I was contacted by them again by phone just a few days later to say the product was being shipped directly from the manufacturer and when I should expect it to arrive.

Shortly after ordering my product, Sam from customer service called me to make sure I ordered the right product and to make sure the sensor was what I needed. My product got here fast in and a timely manner.

Bought this one for an elderly cousin who is enthralled with it, checking her level during various activities.  I bought this unit because I bought one for myself 3-4 years ago and it 's still running perfectly after one change of batteries even though it had just a one year warranty and I use it daily. I've had others which cost twice as much and of  poor quality, and I bought it from this firm rather than Amazon because, like the difference between Target and Wal-Mart, here i  feel that you get the benefit of institutional intelligence rather than wandering about in the Amazon "jungle" with no guidance except amateur "reviews" and merchants which may or may not be honest.

I received my pulse oximeter within 4 days after placing my order.  The oximeter is the same as I used in previous hospitals where I have worked;  it is compact, accurate and sturdy.  I am sure it will meet my needs in my new position.  Very pleased with the service of this company.

Was able to buy an oximeter here at a good price.  Had an issue with shipping, Concord took care of right away.  Definitely would use CHS in the future.
