the first unit I received was of obvious quality , however it did not work. I contacted your customer service and spoke to Mary who was very helpful in troubleshooting the unit. She told me she would have another unit sent out. I was pleased to find that  Concord had an in-house customer service center. Once I receive the new unit, I will be glad to report on its performance

So happy to have found an Oximeter at a reasonable price.  Being elderly and living at a high altitude (8200 ft.) nice to be able to monitor the saturation level.  The  item works well and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good medical device at a wonderful price.  Glad I found you!

Professional firefighter. Purchased this pulse/ox as a simple one to keep in my vehicle's emergency jump bag. Only had a short time but seems to be pretty good so far.
