An excellent product. The pulmonary therapist told me they use one like it. It’s easy to operate, colorful and quite accurate.

Concord company was easy to deal with, kept me informed as to shipment status with delivery as promised. Will use them again.

I recently purchased the concord pulse oximeter with carrying case and was pleased with the ease of use of the website. The product was as described by the company. The cost was comparable to that on other sites I reviewed. The fact of free shipping was a big plus for me. I received the product in only a couple of days rather than waiting a week or longer for it to arrive. I would highly recommend this company.

My order went through quickly and showed up in a couple of days.

Initially the iOX wouldn't work with my iPhone 6.  But, it worked fine with my iPad .

 Customer Service Rep Sam Elkind was on it and contacted the manufacture about my experience.  A day latter everything was working.

The product I purchased has had a lot of glitches (manufacturer issue) but the customer service from this retailer could not be better.  I consider them my preferred vendor for any item they sell.
