I was very impressed with the honesty and customer service.  I ordered online and accidently ordered two.  I was immediately contacted by email and phone an one order was stopped.  I will definitely keep your company in mind to order future items for residents upon discharge.  The resident was very pleased with his pulse ox also.

This is his second one and will be his backup one. Dad has COPD and also is blind. He uses this device to know and keep track of where his oxygen levels are. It's wonderful for him that it speaks.  This is the second one I have ordered from your company and will be his back up. Only request I would have is to make it slightly louder. He has to try it a couple of times to hear what it says.  Thank you for the quick service and delivery.

The Talking Pulse Oximeter seems to work accurately.  As others have commented, the voice could be louder and the readings a bit more clear.  Now that I know to just listen for the numbers and tune out the words, it is functional.  I am not only sight impaired, but am also 93, and wear hearing aids.

Was looking for a pulse oximeter for visually impaired and this one was recommended. Took it to a REHAB facility where my father was recovering and it worked well. The staff had never seen one with audio output. Have used this for 24 hours and very pleased.
