We placed an order for a Sapphire Pulse Oximer on a Wednesday and it was delivered on Saturday.  It was great service and we put this to use the same day.  It works just as we had hoped and will do business with Concord anytime we have a future need.  Also, thanks to Lisa in Customer Service for taking the time after hours to help us with several questions before our purchase.  Great job!
