Very pleased with the Concord Sapphire Fingertip Pulse Oximeter.  My only complaint is that it took a full seven days for delivery instead of the 2 -3 days advertised.

As a RN working the floor a Pulse Ox is a handy tool to have in your pocket. The first day I had this at work it was helpful. My favorite color is green and that was the deal sealer for me. Besides everyone has a black or white one and they can be easily mistaken for someone else's. Mine definitely stands out as no one else has a green one. Very neat packaging. Love the rubber case for the Pulse Ox although with the rubber case it's a tight squeeze into the black pouch (it still does fit and close properly) I say the only downside is the monitor does not reach 100%. Highly recommend this to anyone.
