I had an issue ordering my KardiaMobile EKG Heart Monitor and when I called Concord, an representative of the company immediately answered and quickly got to the bottom of the issue.  Their desire to satisfy me as a customer was strong; their competence to do so is exemplary!  
Their product is great quality and their price is good.  Great Product and Great Service-- a successful combination!

John Z. at Concord provided my family needed information about the right product for our mother. He was helpful, knowledgeable and caring. The hospital grade pulse oximeter monitors my mother's oxygen level and alerts us if her nasal canula moves or if she knocks it off. This tends to happen at night during sleep. The alarm means her aides can sleep without fear and my mom continues to be safe and able to remain at home....thanks to John, Concord and the Nonin7500 pulse oximeter tabletop  monitor with alarms. John walked us through the set up and got the device to us in a timely way. It is very user friendly, as John said it would be, but even still he made his help available to us through the whole process and assured us that if needed, his help would be there in the future. He was wonderful! I'm so glad we found Concord, John and this machine!
