Shipping was fast. and it arrived in good condition.
The only problem is that for me it may take a while to register the pulse and oxygen percentage or it fails to register at all. Undoubtedly this is due to my Reynauds syndrome that restricts blood flow to the fingers when cool. I do not believe that it is the fault of the unit. An ear tip attachment would be better. Overall I am happy with the unit.

I ordered a Concord Black Ox, finger tip Pulse Oximeter for my wife and the delivery was fast.
The oximeter works great and no problem so far.
Also it was on sale and I got it for half price.
I will do business again with Concord Health Supply and I highly recommended this company and their products.
