I had to purchase a Pulse Oximeter due to an illness.  I researched Amazon (where I purchased this item) as well as other web sites.  The rating of the product was always very positive.  I would give this item a '5' for ease of using, reading, and compact for my needs.

For all who have reviewed this post, please disregard. Concord Health got back to me and was able to provide information that supported my problem was my lack of knowledge. The representative that contacted me was prompt, courteous and thorough. The product is working appropriately on my Moto G smartphone. My comment regarding fingers being too large is also incorrect. The instructions that came with the device directs users to place two fingers from each hand on the sensor pads. This is not accurate. You may place index fingers from each hand or thumbs from each hand. Also, I discovered that if you wear hearing aids, they must be removed prior to taking a reading or their signal will interfere with an accurate EKG reading. This is an excellent company to do business with...and a great product.
