|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. If your order $29.95 or more, shipping is free!|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|How do I return my product?|

|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is the return and cancelation policy?|
|You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to request a return or exchange on fingertip pulse oximeters. Please Note: Some items which make contact with the user are not eligible for return unless they are defective. Some handheld and tabletop units are not eligible for return if used.
All returns require a Return Authorization, please call or email us. Once your return request has been approved, ship your products back to our facility using your own method. Please remember to include all the items you received with your original purchase (example: accessories, manuals, cords) in your return package. Use the original packing box, or one comparable, and ship your products back to Concord.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. You will receive your refund within 1 week of us receiving the return. Your refund will be applied to the same method as you used for payment. There could be up to a 25% restocking fee for returned items that are not in resellable condition (example: damaged or missing original boxes, cables, instruction manuals, CDs, etc.). Items that are defective qualify for full store credit or a full refund to your original method of payment.
A Prepaid Return Label is available upon request to those returning products back as "defective or damaged". Note: If the product is tested and found to be operational and resellable, a credit will be applied for the product price less the price of the prepaid return label.
Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipment and are subject to our Order Cancellation Fee. We cannot cancel orders that have been shipped. We typically ship orders very quickly, so if you place an order, then decide to email us cancelling the order, there's a good chance we will ship your order before we see your email. Generally speaking, if you place an order, it's shipping. If you need to cancel it BEFORE IT SHIPS, then calling is your best chance.
|When will my order ship/arrive?|
|Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Most orders ship the day of your order, if your order reaches us by 2pm CT. Unless noted otherwise Concord ships all items within two business days of receiving order. You will receive notification of any delay of your order. For Next-Day and Second-Day Air service, please note that shipping times are in business days and do not include Saturday, Sunday and some holidays.|
