I was looking to get a Nonin Oximeter to add to my CPAP machine. I ordered but due to a minor issue, John had to reach out to me. When we discussed it further, we realized I'd ordered the wrong model, but... He could order the model I needed for me - and did! Oh, it took a little more work, but this level of service is exceptional and I am extremely thankful for John going above and beyond what I'd expect normally. Everything is working perfectly. Thank you very much!
