The telephone rep went out of his way to insure that the sensor was the appropriate one for my oximeter.  He actually called the Nonin technical department for clarification.  He then personally walked the product to the department that mails it out, and I received the shipment very promptly.

It is always a pleasure to do business with Nonin and Concord.
