Excellent customer service November 7, 2017

When I had not received shipping notification by the third day after placing my order, I called customer service.  The representative even offered to call me back after researching the problem, so I wouldn't have to wait on hold, which I declined.  It did not take long, though, for him to find the glitch and correct it.  My order arrived swiftly afterwords.

Your company seems to be a reputable one and was quick to respond to my email.  The offer was made for a replacement item and the return label was supplied for the defective monitor.  While I am not impressed with the reliability of the product, I am very please with the communication I have had with the company.  Although I would still have to pay to have the replacement device returned and receive a refund, I am grateful that the company at least tried to correct my problem and offer an easy return for the original device.
