I discovered this company in 2025 when shopping for a new BP monitor. I ended up calling to ask questions about a particular product. The person I spoke with was so very helpful; answered all my questions regarding the product and returns if necessary. Five stars isn’t enough for this company. I would give it 10. It was refreshing to start a live chat and end by having a Customer service rep call me back! John had the ability to override the charge for shipping which highly impressed me and also I give kudos to the warehouse for working well with customer service to ensure my brace was shipped quickly. It was a pleasure to do business with Concord Health.
