The Smart Outlet allows you to plug in any standard lamp or light source to create a safer environment by providing illumination when someone gets out of bed. The light will remain on until weight is placed back on the bed pad or the outlet has been reset by the caregiver using the included Remote Reset Button. The Smart Outlet is used with a standard lamp and CordLess Weight-Sensing Bed Pad. The Smart Outlet will turn on the lamp when weight is removed from the CordLess bed sensor pad.
The Smart Outlet must is programmed to the CordLess Weight-Sensing Bed Pad and the Economy CordLess Fall Prevention Monitor. The monitor can be placed up to 300 feet from the bed's location to alert the caregiver of the resident's movement. Batteries not included (3-C).
