TheraPearl Color Changing Hot/Cold Knee Pack
The large opening sits over the kneecap to preserve a wide range of motion, while the Pearl Technology sends relief directly to the pain. The flexible Velcro brand strap keeps the wrap comfortably in place, even during a workout.

Suggested Instructions for Use:
COLD THERAPY: Freeze for at least 2 hours.
HEAT THERAPY: Microwave for time indicated below and test pack temperature. Heat for additional 5 seconds as needed until desired temperature is reached.

    Product is Excellent
    Compared to ice packs that can be purchased at local pharmacies, yours SUPERSEDES them by a LONG SHOT! Peas products don't have enough Peas to keep them cold or hot for more than a few minutes. Yours provide relief for LONGER periods of time! Love mine!
